2025 BSC Sunday Series

All boats are welcome and must register here to participate in the BSC Sunday Series, see BSC Sailing Instructions (SI's) for specific details.

Races will start at 1400. The start time is changed to 1330 for Sunday Series races between the beginning of Daylight-Saving Time and January 31 of the following year.

Be sure to enter your boat class (sunfish, flying scot, hobie 14, etc.) in the "boat type" field, your sail number, the RRS Portsmouth DPN (see table below), and select the appropriate division for sanctioned fleets: C22, Scot, Sunfish, Thistle, during the registration process. All other boats will be scored in the Open fleet.

You will be scored based on the registered captain name (generally the skipper), and matching boat sail number(s). For multiple sail/hull #s in same class, enter all relevant #’s separated by a comma. These (skipper and sail#) need to be hailed at check-in as described in the NOR, for safety, respect for the sport of sailing, and for the volunteer race committee. Participant must notify PRO of any sail# change, for whatever circumstance, single event or continual.

If you have boats in different classes, enter all boats, but understand that the did-not-compete (DNC) boat will accrue points.

Series will be scored Low Point Portsmouth per the Portsmouth DPN for each registered boat(s). Portsmouth rating entered will be the default rating for each Sunday event in the series. RMC, with reasonable intent, may modify a Portsmouth rating to match conditions of a single race; this would apply to all boats in that race.

Throw-outs and rating adjustment will be considered by RMC.
